Use of this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about well systems and the services offered by Two Guys Pump Service. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis of your specific well.

Estimates and pricing

Prices discussed by phone or shown on this site are estimates until we inspect the system. Written estimates are provided before work begins, and any change in scope is approved by you before we proceed.

Scheduling and access

Service appointments require safe access to the wellhead, pressure tank and electrical panel. Emergency response times are our best effort and are not guaranteed.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship warranty is stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from lightning, power surges, freezing, well yield changes or third-party alterations.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.
